Ruth Hiller, from Boulder, Colorado, is a Multifamily investor and syndicator at YESMF. Ruth is currently a limited and general partner in over 15 multifamily deals totaling 2800 apartment units across 6 states. She comes from 3 generations of multifamily owners and furthered her education by joining a multifamily mentoring group. Her BFA in design and packaging has given her a foundation for creativity in the business world. After pivoting from a successful art career into multifamily real estate, Ruth’s passion is to help women grow wealth and passive income through multifamily investing. She provides education and teaches due diligence to help women feel empowered to start investing.
